arabtv, looks like the access is blocked by your ISP. Try contacting them.

the access was just fine before y'all deleted my website and all of sudden the website deleted and in the same day I couldn't access the ucoz.com or contact forum

arabtv, it is a simple coincidence. To check whether it's your ISP or not, try to access ucoz.com via another ISP or via a proxy service.
