| Wait guys, though the possibility of it being legal is about 1% there is still a chance that it is, you shouln't refuse to answer a question about a type of file transfer just because it often gets used for illegal downloading. The answer to your question is: Upload the torrent file to your file manager and then put the address of the file on another page in the usual <a class="m" href="address of file">Click here for torrent file</a>. Please don't link to anything illegal though.
