What do you mean? Give access to somebody in your site for your admin account?

There is no need to give access to other people in the admin panel.
You should use administrators User group (admin panel » Users » User groups), and set necessary permissions.
Administrators can add, edit and delete any materials and comments.

After next UcoZ system update administrators will be able to manage site design.

Force, it's the ordinary thing. All administrators were registered after you have created account. By this reason they cannot have the same login and password.

Shoot me if you can
