i have benn trying to do this and all i can get is the members to is 1 lvl above users idk if its a bug or not help plz

just go to:

CONTROL PANEL-> USER-> then find the user u want to become admin

just go to setting of the member u want to become admin but its your own risk

just be sure you know the to become admin happy

just a suggestion

The Control Panel exists separately from the site and no one will never come in, unless you give them the password. cool

For your security i reccomed you to never tell the pass of Control Panel to nobody! smile
