Is there a way of exporting members of my forum (database)(spreadsheet), so I can import them into another forum running vbulletin?

www_vwcamper_net, nope. uCoz is a closed-source CMS. It is not possible to export/import users or their associated data. The uCoz framework also wouldn't correlate to the vBulletin database.
