Comments in hidden mode

Since yesterday's comments in hidden mode are visible to all users also not registered and are displayed as in the image.
How can I fix, nothing has been modified by me.

Any page home SoftDay.
all comments into hide mode present the problem as in the image and can also be Visible are from non-registered users.

guest now can not see any kind of comment, I blocked everything

to see the problem enter SoftDay.
Registered users see the comment in "hide mode" as a image from topic 1
