but some when other pplz putting a new thread..they are not coming to the top of the thread list?
why is that? , any setting for that?
Yes. Check whether the option "Threads of this forum must not be displayed at "new posts" view" is checked in CP -> Forum -> Management of forums and sections -> Edit.
