Control panel->Users » User groups » Set permissions for all groups->Upload files to the server when adding entries->select the users groups and click save at the bottom of the page. See more about the ways of uploading files here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/10-13848-1

darkion, if you are meaning as to filter out certain categories using conditional operators it would look like;

Code

<?if($CID$ == "2")?>
Content For Entries That Are Category 2
<?else?>
Content For Entries That Aren't Category 2
<?endif?>
