Try to Update the design for all active modules in the common settings of your control panel. Or you canrestore separate templates to default in CP->Design->Design management (templates).

DEEPKG, it is not possible to restore a sites database to the very original state using the interface. The user has also not requested this in his message at all. Simply the changes to the design.

Sorry no one has replied to you yet biggrin

Go to your control panel and go to admin bar (at the top) -> Settings -> Common Settings.

The site design should be the second thing you see, just press select design for a new one.
