Ուտոպիստ, many user have dinamic ip address and they are changing every minute and it can be changed manually. And there is many softwares that is doing the same job. So ip blocking is not helping

I am comlleetly agree with you, but

From this IP 62.109.8.77 adress someone spamed my site. he has registered about 80 times using different names, E-mails. My suggestion will prevent this cases. and will make this kind of spammers work harder and harder.

It would be great if we could select also the countries, from which we want people to be registered in our sites.
E-mail domain selecting will filter too, because E-mail Verification overcoming will be much more harder for spamers with several mail services (for example with gmail, or yahoo mail services). Because Spaming us they spam also these E-mail servers! And so we can "use" Google mail security guard for protecting our registration bases.

Basically there should also be a new type of verify system, for example typing 2 words,

(I think you can do this with some conditional operators, For example change MSN to the word and do things like

<?if($MSN$="Word")?> But I dunno if it's possible,)

What if I accidentally IP banned my own IP in my website. Is there a chance I could lose power?

Vanenix, if your IP is static then you will be blocked from your website. But you can use proxy to log in to website and unblock your IP.

hi all..

I am having a problem that one USER is spamming on my site.

I banned him and block his IP

But he is getting register with new email address and his IP changes every time

is there any way to stop him..

I block his 3 user name ..but he is not stoping..

For ex. this is his ip 195.452.547.564
ban him like this if i remember right 195.*

he use abuse language and copy my forum to his forums..

thanks for the IP... i have banned the series now.

Just want him to stay out of my site
he is just a kid and messing with me and my users.

But he had probablly dinamic ip.His ip sometimes is change total. :S
