We always follow the UCoz projects and we apreciate your work, but this problem is doing us change our opinion...
We don't understand why nobody of UCoz's team is helping us, If this problem is happening with ally our users why you still say it's bowser's problem?
With 500 users with the same problem, it's not possible that bug was our fault...
In this moment we have another bug in our login form... Isn't possible we do log in, and yes... this bug is happening with everbody, we insert our login data and we keep log out. It's our problem again? wink

Admin0727, what you expect me to do? It's weekend and uCoz staff team are humans who wont sit at PC 24/7. For most users weekends are free and then they come to support forum more. There are two forum staff who are active daily on this support forum. Sunny isn't on weekends, I'm alone and I can't do anything. I know it's annoying when you are facing problems, when own users are nagging you, complaining all the time, but I can't do anything. uCoz isn't my official job, I have enough with my own being main designer/manager of other company and I wont dig deeper in uCoz. You will have to wait Monday.

Plus, it's not happening with everybody. Get your facts straight because
I really dislike people who speak from air without having real/true facts.

It's not happening with everbody? I am speaking about my users and not about all UCoz users... wink

A week, 5 days from this week we tried to help - rys3r was only one having this problem. For you I'll repeat again, he was only one. All 5 days no one else responded in this thread with same problem. Yesterday, Saturday, which counts as weekend, esp-css replied saying he had/have same problem. Today, Sunday, which also counts as weekend, you replied saying you have this problem. On weekends, I'm repeating specially for you, because it seems you don't understand - I am only one online in this forum and I can't do anything. Another fact which I'm repeating for you, weekends are free for uCoz staff. What else you want me to repeat specially for you?

I am saying ally my users have the same problem. I'm not saying all UcoZ members have this bug, but like I said, I want speak with someone with more gray matter in the head if it's possible tongue

rys3r, I don't have any problem with login on your website. try the following:

- Disable services for traffic economy (e.g. Traffic Compressor). Such tools have a lot of servers and can output different IP addresses for each request (from the least loaded server). And since the IP address changes, the protection "Bind session to IP address" comes into effect and the system logs your out.
- Temporarily disable firewall and antivirus while running diagnostics – they can block some packages (this applies to saving of templates; blocking of asynchronous requests is possible).
- Delete cookies.
- Try to use another browser. Maybe some browser options, necessary for the correct work, are disabled. If you use Internet Explorer version below 6 or Opera version below 9.5 – install a newer browser version.
- For the purpose of diagnostics try to use another Internet provider, another copy of operating system.
