Quote (Armaros) rys3r, it's not uCoz's problem. We can't help you. Did you try using other PC? If isn't UCoz's problem why all work's fine before the global update of your system and now Is happening this? |

Admin0727, what you expect me to do? It's weekend and uCoz staff team are humans who wont sit at PC 24/7. For most users weekends are free and then they come to support forum more. There are two forum staff who are active daily on this support forum. Sunny isn't on weekends, I'm alone and I can't do anything. I know it's annoying when you are facing problems, when own users are nagging you, complaining all the time, but I can't do anything. uCoz isn't my official job, I have enough with my own being main designer/manager of other company and I wont dig deeper in uCoz. You will have to wait Monday. Plus, it's not happening with everybody. Get your facts straight because |
Armaros, I just want say 2 things more...
I understand UCoz staff team are humans and they don't have to stay here all the time, but can you see the date of this post is here?
Quote (Armaros) Plus, it's not happening with everybody. Get your facts straight because I really dislike people who speak from air without having real/true facts. It's not happening with everbody? I am speaking about my users and not about all UCoz users... Thanks for trying help, I apreciate that. |
Quote (Admin0727) I understand UCoz staff team are humans and they don't have to stay here all the time, but can you see the date of this post is here? Wasn't this weekend right? A week, 5 days from this week we tried to help - rys3r was only one having this problem. For you I'll repeat again, he was only one. All 5 days no one else responded in this thread with same problem. Yesterday, Saturday, which counts as weekend, esp-css replied saying he had/have same problem. Today, Sunday, which also counts as weekend, you replied saying you have this problem. On weekends, I'm repeating specially for you, because it seems you don't understand - I am only one online in this forum and I can't do anything. Another fact which I'm repeating for you, weekends are free for uCoz staff. What else you want me to repeat specially for you?

Quote (Admin0727) How you can see I'm not speaking from the air right? |
I am here to speak with the UCoz staff and don't with a kid who's thinks it is someone!
Quote (Armaros) Don't act "smart" with me. It wont end good. Uhhhhhhh! I have so many afraid of your threats
Quote (Armaros) Exactly. It's not happening to everyone and you are an individual. Are you illiterate? Oh, one more thing... I can't smart with you because it won end good! So bad! |
rys3r, I don't have any problem with login on your website. try the following:
Quote It is desirable to do the following actions step-by-step: - Clear browser cache (temporary Internet files). It is advisable to do this periodically, not only to solve the stated problem (e.g. IE don’t save graphics well if the cache is filled up). To clear the cache in IE: open "Tools" menu, select "Internet options", next to "Temporary Internet Files" click "Delete files". Do not confuse temporarily files with cookies, those are different things. - Disable services for traffic economy (e.g. Traffic Compressor). Such tools have a lot of servers and can output different IP addresses for each request (from the least loaded server). And since the IP address changes, the protection "Bind session to IP address" comes into effect and the system logs your out. - Temporarily disable firewall and antivirus while running diagnostics – they can block some packages (this applies to saving of templates; blocking of asynchronous requests is possible). - Delete cookies. - Try to use another browser. Maybe some browser options, necessary for the correct work, are disabled. If you use Internet Explorer version below 6 or Opera version below 9.5 – install a newer browser version. - For the purpose of diagnostics try to use another Internet provider, another copy of operating system. Admin0727, try the above steps as well and provide your website url for us to check. I'm not active on the forum anymore. Please contact other forum staff.
