Black-Mage, I don't know who made it maybe ucoz ?
Theres lots of reason why I like ucoz
I guess the longer you stay and just sit back and take it all in you like it as you get to know more about it
I'll just name a few...
- useage is free
- the people are nice (they can be nice anyway lol lets just say its got its ups and downs but nothing is perfect)
- I can practice my web design
- private reason (I have my reasons)
- I had more good stuff to say but I lost my train of thought (so much to say)
- I like the member base system (and how easy it is to manage)
- this list would be longer but got other stuff goin on
Some might say well your other list is longer then your like list
and to answer that I would have to say ...To many restrictions I dont know but I do like ucoz if I didnt I wouldnt be here so just keep that in mind. 
And some parts that I dont like are...
- You want to make somthing of your site you gotta pay but this also applies else-where
- You have to have a ucoz banner or some type of ucoz name branded ad
- you cant really apply a design with out messing somthing up (long story)
- you cant advertise what you want its basicly selected upon approval heh
- codes are applied and needed that at times can cause a code or script not to work
- you have to have the ucoz name in your domain
- your hard work is basicly theres enless its backed up and copyrighted (I already had this done so im not worried was not cheap)
- I dont like how not everything is supported (maybe it would get better as the years go but right now is what matters)
- I dont like how you cant edit your own post after such time has passed I think no matter if its your post you should have the right to edit it old or otherwise
I rate it 4 out of 5 stars

Theres stuff I didnt say theres stuff I should have said but my head hurts from looking at this forum theme its to bright and the graph look burns my eyes and the text is to small and they yell at you if you use other colors but they have the color chart there anyway ...LOL I dont know what to say
