I got banned on PayPal. Bit silly really, it wasn't working properly so I contacted support and instead of helping (which they didn't even get back to me for a month) they told me they will block my account until they know what's wrong. And it's been almost a year now.

Sucks. If I were you, I'd start a new PayPal account already. I wouldn't expect that to get fixed ever anymore.
