Black-Mage, Haha. don't worry. the chat community will have schedules. you don't have to be always there, but be sure to attend the fixed schedules for awesome discussions.
 There's a lot of great people there, people with years of experience on using uCoz. ^^

Pancake, regular users are in the "Users" group. So anyone without a tag or with an [expert] tag can't use them.
 Talk more on the site about them if you want to know more.

Paradox, yeah... enucoz feels like its... missing something. it doesnt seem full if you know what i mean.

Black-Mage, it isn't a professionally designed site atm. I worked for 2 days simply to get the framework and what we have right.
I'll slowly add more over the next week, however it isn't going to be a fully functioning chatroom for all users. I am currently looking to open the discussion up to the entire EN community. That's a lot of people if they come. A lot of people able to spam, add scripts, etc. Not good if they can. Jack of all trades in development, design, strategy.

I just work around it. When I first started with uCoz I was sitting up all night though working through. I have a passion for coding and developing I guess you could say. xD
