Black-Mage, I make them in photoshop. They are saved as .png files though. I don't like working with anything else most of the time.
The text is in french.  The translation is "unto death". Not very cheery but I don't mind it too much.

Black-Mage, what do you mean? The wallpaper is simply made in photoshop and saved as a .jpg.
If you mean the dock and the apps, I use RocketDock with custom icons and Rainmeter for custom apps/gadgets. Proud uCoz user since 2006

Black-Mage, My wallpaper is just black. And there's a message on the lower right of the screen. This copy of Windows is not genuine, etc. xD haha I'm too lazy to get a RemoveWAT.
