Black-Mage, I had learn the basics of html when I was 15 or so...I havent got everything down pat cause it becomes borning at times but the basics is all you need ...like mix a few things here and there with no hard wire and you have yourself an awsome page...like I had done earlyer but nothing was working
once I get the first page done it effects all the other pages like the users profiles and login-out and just everything...I dont know how I would go about the rest of the pages when I got the main one done wacko

Pancake, Once you're done with the idea, it's easy to move on to the next pages, trust me. :P And html is not boring if you use it alongside other languages. biggrin

Pancake, I've been 'learning' HTML for 2 years now. wink I've taught myself everything I know from essentially constant study, use, and practice. I first taught myself the basics of HTML from an old HTML3 book (ancient stuff now). Used the regular Notepad and taught myself. Then I progressed onto using uCoz and taught myself everything I know now, literally meaning everything there, jQuery, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, ASP.NET, PHP, etc.

As for it being boring no, coding isn't everyone's cup of tea, but it can be interesting. It depends really whether you like coding or the finished product.

Paradox, Its kinda funny how I got started ...basicly it was the only thing I could do at the time...I didnt really mean to teach myself it It just kinda fell into my lap and from there I been making webpages (Just for fun) It really wasnt a big deal for me...I guess you could say it all started when I got my first computer and Yahoo! lol I knew more then about codeing anything.... I had to stop doing it for a while dry ....but the past is teh past and the future is Now! cool
