Mistory, mind explaining this: http://pastebin.com/da58ef40 ?

It had to look like this. (Don't replace)

Code
<html>
<head>
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
<title>$SITE_NAME$ - $MODULE_NAME$</title>
<?$META_DESCRIPTION$?>
<link type="text/css" rel="StyleSheet" href="http://gamescenter.ucoz.com/_st/my.css" />

</head>

<body>
$ADMIN_BAR$
<div id="wrap">

$GLOBAL_AHEADER$

It's part of your Site Pages. That's the effect of Visual Editor. It took CSS into the source.
The wrong CSS and that's why it doesn't work. You will have to restore Default Template
of Site Pages & then the problem will be fixed. Don't use Visual Editor next time, Mistory.

Brilliant! Thankyou ever so much Dartz, and I will try not to keep using the VE (Visual Editor). +Award for you, sir

As far as you know, is uCoz soon fixing the VE, so it doesn't add useless codes to the page?

Also, sorry about this, but do you know if it's possible, and if so, how to remove blocks in the Forum, and to stretch the frum for more space? Same Design.

Edited Screnshots:
Remove Blocks
Extend Forum Width

Kind regards,
Elliott.

<?if($SMENU_1$)?>
<table class="boxTable"><tr><td class="boxContent"><!-- <bc> -->$SMENU_1$<!-- </bc> --></td></tr></table>
<?endif?>

Using the same design used, is it possible to use a smaller (height) banner?

Heres an edited screenshot of what I mean: http://i49.tinypic.com/f3ia84.jpg (arrows show what I mean).

If you need any of the codes, please say so.

Also, Dartz, I know you dont wanted to help me, but please help. Sorry for any inconveniance in the past.
