In IE8 the toolbar is not aligned at the bottom of the page instead it is at the top. And it messes the design. http://banovci.ucoz.net

coatham, yes i see , you messed something up again , go to your Global Block named TOOLBAR delete the content and now select ALL of the HTML code paste it in there and save , same with CSS

yes. its as easy as pie i just let my friend do it and he managed it out also , if you still do not get it working retry again over and over again , because its to easy to do and you manage to have problems with it (:

Just thought I'd mention, it would have been better to use a different name than uToolbar. Some users may get mixed up with this and the uCoz Browser Toolbar.
