Ok the picture is a bit crappy but here it is ..
 I want to change this for every page....i even tried the method specified above but it does not change for all the pages... Thanx for replying...

Dragon1997, your design number is 995, please see the following thread: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/5-11100-1 , there is a description of banner change for your design.
