Friendly, for example in any graphics editor. Or by means of editing styles and setting width-height for the images.

That's you meant. The problem is that whatever I have on the menu section are widgets. I tried to find a way to do it in the css style sheet, but I couldn't find anything related to the size. Thank you for your continuous help. I really appreciate it.
