Dani8058, first you upload your desired logo or image then linked the file instead of $IMAGE1$.

(Use Ctrl+F feature to search) When you find them - you need to substitute them with the links to your own images (Images that you have uploaded to your File Manager before)

Nazish, background of the content area can be changed via Control Panel -> Customize Design -> Site pages:

You need to change background:#F8F8F8 into background: url(/butterfly_fantasy.jpg)
