Design #121 is very simple. All you have to do is modify this part:

<body bgcolor="#FFFFFF" topmargin="0" leftmargin="0" rightmargin="0" bottommargin="15" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" style="padding:5px;">

CP -> Customize Design -> Site Pages.

How to modify it is mentioned in the thread I provided.
