That's not possible. You can upload your image via another site which offers re-sizing.

Hello there everyone!
I have a quick question that needs answering.
Many of my users on my site have signatures, and they ask me, what the code is to make their signatures become centered.
I tell them I don't know, and what I need to know is, how do you do it?
If anyone knows, please tell me.
Thanks!

users cant make their sigantures centered, as the position of signatures is set by administrator.
wot u can do is to - go > Control panel > Customize design > Forum > Appearance of entries

Find this:

Code
<?if($SIGNATURE$)?><br><hr class="signatureHr" size="1" width="150" align="center"><span class="signatureView">$SIGNATURE$</span><?endif?>

and replace with this:

Code
<?if($SIGNATURE$)?><br><hr class="signatureHr" size="1" width="150" align="center"><div align="center"><span class="signatureView">$SIGNATURE$</span><?endif?>

Control Panel -> Users -> Module Settings -> Fields of the registration form.

Mark left box of "Signature".

Is there anyway to use this as a forum signature(on my site of course)?

Code
http://eloquentgeek.com/mclans/sig.php?ign=smokingunzz&rgb=255,255,255

I tried using the img codes before and after but that doesn't seem to work with this. It is a dynamic signature which updates automatically.

No, you can't. Link must end with image extension. (.jpg .gif .png etc.)
But you can use image + url and it will update automatically. With that
we don't provide support, it's uCoz non-related. Up for you to make it.

I'm guessing you mean their signature. You can implement it from Control Panel with coding, else no.

RapGG, html cannot be used in signatures. As for profiles in general - it is possible to add a html code to the profile template only.
