Hope, each ucoz module is unable to installed more than once. So in response to your question no you cannot install more than one blog module.
As for the google advertisements once you have the code or whatever it is open Builder > Enable builder > New block. Once the block has appeared type in a title and drag it to the sidebar you wish the advertisement to appear in. Now click on the edit icon and paste the code/content into the content section. If it is already stored on your PC open Control Panel > File manager. Then browse for the file and hit upload.

Okay, to help you with this we need to know the design number/the site URL at least. I would also advise asking your question in design customisation and using the search feature to find see if the question has already been asked.
