Dear users! If you see the 500 error on the website - please provide a screenshot of it. Make sure that the address of the site is visible and also specify the time (and your time zone) when the error occurred.


Due to technical problems Server s18 is temporarily inaccessible. The technical team is working to resolve the issue. [31/10]


Due to technical problems Server s25 was reloaded. At the moment the server is working in its regular mode. [31/10]


Due to technical problems in one of the data centers Server s2, s7, s17-s24, s26, s30-s45, s51, s82, together with all hosted websites, were temporarily inaccessible. [31/10]


Due to a DDoS attack on Server s1 the websites on the server could be temporarily inaccessible. [30/10]


Due to hard drive rebuild on Server s12 the websites on the server may have increased load time. [29/10]


Due to a DDoS attack on Server s59 the websites on the server could be temporarily inaccessible. [28/10]


Due to a DDoS attack on Server s89 the websites on the server could be temporarily inaccessible. At the moment the server is working in its regular mode. [27/10]


Due to technical problems Server s61, together with all hosted websites, was temporarily inaccessible. [26/10]


Servers s27 & s28, together with all hosted websites, underwent a maintenance transfer to new servers. At the moment the servers are working in their regular mode.
Users whose websites are hosted on servers s27 and s28 and who have custom domains attached by Method 3 need to change the domains' A-record in the domain control panel.
For s27: change the IP address 195.216.243.27 into 193.109.246.27
For s28: change the IP address 195.216.243.28 into 193.109.246.28
After the domain data have been updated your websites will be available at the attached domain names. [25/10]


Servers s19 & s20, together with all hosted websites, underwent a maintenance transfer to new servers. At the moment the servers are working in their regular mode. [24/10]


Due to maintenance Server s17, together with all hosted websites, was temporarily inaccessible. [23/10 - 24/10]


Due to a DDoS attack Server s39, together with all hosted websites, may be temporarily inaccessible. [24/10]


Due to technical problems Server s65 was reloaded. At the moment the server is working in its regular mode.[23/10]




History of Server IP Changes



On April 03, 2014, the IP address of Server s31 was changed. The new IP address for Servers s31 is 195.216.243.195.

On April 06, 2014, the IP address of Server s27 was changed. The new IP address for Servers s27 is 195.216.243.27.

On April 07, 2014, the IP address of Server s82 was changed. The new IP address for Servers s82 is 195.216.243.83.

On April 08, 2014, the IP address of Server s5 was changed. The new IP address for Servers s5 is 193.109.246.5.

On May 20, 2014, the IP address of Server s23 was changed. The new IP address for Servers s23 is 195.216.243.223.

On October 25, 2014, the IP address of Server s27 was changed. The new IP address for Servers s27 is 193.109.246.27.

On October 25, 2014, the IP address of Server s28 was changed. The new IP address for Servers s28 is 193.109.246.28.


NB: The above updates are extremely important to sites with their domains attached using Method 3. Those users, whose websites are located at any of the above mentioned servers and whose domain names are attached by Method 3, should change the A-Record in their Control Panel for the domain name. Your website will then be available under the attached domain name once the domain data has successfully updated.
