Due to technical problems in one of the data centers Servers s2, s7, s17-s28, s30-s45, s51, s82 and uID.me, could be temporarily inaccessible. [11/09]


Due to a DDoS attack on Server s37, the websites on the server could have load difficulties or be inaccessible. [11/09]


Due to a DDoS attack on Server s21, the websites on the server could have load difficulties. [08/09]


Due to hard drive rebuild on Server s46 the websites on the server may have increased load time. [04/09]




History of Server IP Changes



On April 03, 2014, the IP address of Server s31 was changed. The new IP address for Servers s31 is 195.216.243.195.

On April 06, 2014, the IP address of Server s27 was changed. The new IP address for Servers s27 is 195.216.243.27.

On April 07, 2014, the IP address of Server s82 was changed. The new IP address for Servers s82 is 195.216.243.83.

On April 08, 2014, the IP address of Server s5 was changed. The new IP address for Servers s5 is 193.109.246.5.

On May 20, 2014, the IP address of Server s23 was changed. The new IP address for Servers s23 is 195.216.243.223.


NB: The above updates are extremely important to sites with their domains attached using Method 3. Those users, whose websites are located at any of the above mentioned servers and whose domain names are attached by Method 3, should change the A-Record in their Control Panel for the domain name. Your website will then be available under the attached domain name once the domain data has successfully updated.

  • If your site does not open in one browser, but opens in another, then the problem is with your current browser or firewall.
  • If other users can visit your site but you are unable to the problem will be with your ISP or the communication channel.
