 Due to technical problems in one of the data centers, 20.05 from 06:20 till 07:10 AM GMT Servers 46-50, 52-65, 67-81 were temporarily inaccessible. [20/05]


 Due to a DDoS attack on Server 55 the websites on the server could be temporarily inaccessible. [30/04]


Due to technical problems uID authorization could be temporarily unavailable for some uID accounts. [28/04]


 Due to scheduled maintenance by one of the backbone network providers 26.04.2013 from 08:00 PM till 02:00 AM GMT a number of servers could have increased load times.[26/04]


Comcast customers were unable to access sites on Server 26. Comcast has unblocked access to the server. [16/04]


Due to scheduled maintenance Server 32, together will all hosted websites, was inaccessible from 08:00 PM GMT, 10/04 till 05:00 AM GMT, 11/04. [11/04]


Due to emergency maintenance Server 37, together will all hosted websites, was inaccessible from 11:35 AM GMT till 06:20 PM GMT. [10/04]


 iiNet customers are currently unable to access sites on Server 57. An official request has been sent to the provider and the issue is to be resolved at the earliest possible date. In the meantime users can access sites through the use of proxy services/VPN. [23/03]


 Due to technical difficulties at the data center Server 37 may have increased load times. [22/03]




Server Updates

The following update notices will be removed within the next month.

The IP address of Server 44 has been changed. The new IP address for Server 44 is 195.216.243.244

The IP address of Server 34 has been changed. The new IP address for Server 34 is 195.216.243.234

The IP address of Server 24 has been changed. The new IP address for Server 24 is 195.216.243.114


NB: The above updates are extrememly important to sites with their domains attached using Method 3. Those users, whose websites are located at any of the above mentioned servers and whose domain names are attached by Method 3, should change the A-Record in their Control Panel for the domain name. Your website will then be available under the attached domain name once the domain data has successfully updated.

  • If your site does not open in one browser, but opens in another, then the problem is with your current browser or firewall.
  • If other users can visit your site but you are unable to the problem will be with your ISP or the communication channel.
