Hey erandi,

You brought up a great point, and we totally agree!
Fact is, we can't follow what content is being added after we approve a website, so anyone can start posting illegal stuff.
But I assure you that there is no chance a website that violates law or the terms of agreement can win in any category.

Just message me the links to such websites, and I'll take care of it.

I checked the uCoz rules, and didn't find anything about anime/tv shows on there. So, I wanna double-check: what if a site streams videos? Even if it's not hosted on their servers? Is it still applicable?

NTP, if the movies/anime/tv shows are copyrighted than you are not allowed even if they are not hosted on ucoz servers.

It doesn't matter where files are situated. If you are providing pirated content on your website, you won't be able to win.
