just as the title saids when you view the site catalog or file catalog or publisher on the menu you can view the categories I want that.

Kness, you can do it with the help of Site menu builder. Go to CP->Site menu builder->Add menu item->write the name of category and its URl (you can find its URL if you press on your category in the block Section category of the side bar)->Apply. Drag the newly created menu item under the necessary module to make it its submenu->Save

Kness, go to Builder ---> enable --> add block ---> html ---> add this:
save
