Is it possible to make .mp3 files downloadable in file catalog, without them being .zip or rar files?

Well it's possible but you'll need to use PHP which not allowed for free websites on uCoz
so the only way to download this .mp3 would be compressing it to .zip or .rar archive format Here is an example for that Nokia Tune 2013 Hope That Helped
