When I try to upload video file then I can see "this permition is not given by the admin."My site adress is muemon.ucoz.com.

Firstly take into consideration that you can upload files which size not more than 15 mb. And secondly (if before-mentioned advice not help you) try to check module settings of users.

emon9184, Go to "Users" go to the "Permissions for "Administrators"" and allow permission for uploading videos.
