Please help me if you know how to.

I opened "Style sheet (CSS)" on my Control Panel. I've put this code :

on the bottom of the CSS. then I opened the site and It was like in this picture:

. but it is when I am choosing "Site News" in Main » Common settings.

when I'm choosing "File Catalog" It's like normal ucoz Page selector.

the problem is that I want to choose File catalog and I want to be like

this. What should I do?

That's because in 'Site News' displays a simple page switcher showing page
numbers but in 'File Catalog' is a javascript displaying more than Site News.

All you have to do is add this CSS in your CSS & it'll work just fine for File Catalog.

i just want that people could see the text information of material and on main page of file catalog and on full entry with comments page...

enzas, you want the text on the main catalog page and on entry page to be different? Put different text into "Brief description" field and into "Entry full text" field.
