2.) How to put number of views to Informer
3.) How to put Top Rated Photos on the main page.

It is possible, but it requires custom coding and we do not provide help with it. But this link might be useful http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like/

Create Informer (CP->Tools->Informers->Create informer. See more about it here http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/37-457-1#2206 ). Then press "Customize Informer design" and insert
