Hello,

I have grant permission for guest to upload photo in all categories (Cat 1, Cat 2, Cat 3) but guest is only able to upload in the first category (Cat 1) because Cat 2 and cat 3 disappear from category list. I have tested on my another website - they are ok for guest to upload for Cat 1, Cat 2 and Cat 3 as well.

I think this is a bug.
