In the email form can i remove the pop up mentioned message sent? or can I change its text completely?

I believe it can not be done with any system solution. You might try to do it with scripts. But it will be very complicated and we do not provide help with custom coding.

To change the message of the sent form. simply follow these instructions.

E-Mail Forms > Mail form management > Change.

Where is says Text, confirming successful dispatch of the letter: you should see the basic thank you message
in that box you can change the message to whatever you like

no scripting required

Hi,
Popup are actually frustrating. Pop-ups are generally synonymous with computer threats and viruses, so you may be correct in assuming your system has been compromised.
