Norequested E-mail Form found

Hello. I want to say that in my page editor I added code (i.e.$MFORM_1$) and everything in my contact page. It was this that I had deleted the default one accidently and now I was creating new. But when I view it on my website it says :There is no requested mail form." Please help.

khadijawaqqas10, Please specify your website and it'll be good to see how you've actually added the code, provide a screenshot of that as well.

Did you "rebuild the template" of the email form after editing or creating? And check your code well, it may not be saved as $MFORM_1$, maybe 2 or other.
