Statistic problem

I open new topic to notice me fast angry i have problem with statistic ,who is online! I lost it, i did not touch anything. I check in cp and enabled option "

and the statistics worked, but when paste some time, one day ... it disapered again and i have to again go to cp and disable

and it work again. But i know that tumorow again i will lose statistic and i will have to check again that option dry What's going on??? surprised :o

Ed05, could you please disable the mentioned options and leave them this way for a couple of days, so that we could check?

Sunny, i lose statistic on both options, enable or disable this option

for now its enabled. And just about a hour i lose statistic again. You can check,i will not touch anything. smile

Because this is how it works, the data of the informer is reset once per day.

Sunny, No, thats some custom scripts and it works, it shows number of daily visits. Above that should be the number of online users ,etc.. Its desapiered , i have pic to show and red arow is the place where the number of online users should be to apear.



Its come and gone bu it self. Whole time just apear and desapear. I take a snapshot when its disapear a hour ago.Its stil invisible dry

Sunny, i think randomly cause yesturday its desaper about 7h pm and just now disapeared and now is 10:45pm

Sunny, it start when i first wrote this topic, it last about 12hours and fix bu it self. When it happens i checked on mozila browser and its the same .

Im having again the same problem, i lose statistic two times, last night approximately about 7am until 4pm. And tonight the same. It shows

Disappeared again now, 10:08pm , i think that it will apear in 6,7 hours .On this time of night i usualy have high trafic on website, i think that is connected with statistic disappearing some how. angry
