cyberworlds, your robots.txt is not wrong, it shows that your website is closed for indexation. Each uCoz website that is less than 30 days old has such robots.txt file. When the 30-day quarantine is over, the file will look differently. You will find more info in this thread: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/23-4687-1
