Site error - Access denied for /index/sub (google webmaster tools)

robots.txt is default.
All my other sites do not have this error.
Does this have negative effects on the site? How to solve this problem?

rogi, there is nothing to worry about. You can click "Mark as fixed" and the error won't be displayed. You can also click the link to see the details why Google goes there.
