It is not possible to retrieve the sitemap file in Google Console, and I do not find any reason to prevent archiving. Please review the site to know the reason for not archiving it in Google search.

admin3495, the sitemap (sitemap.xml) has been improved by creating separate sitemaps for each module. Categories are now included in the sitemap for modules that use them.
These enhancements aim to enhance website indexing for our clients, ensuring that all URLs, including categories, are included in search results.
