Top part of the website in Design # 1051

Hi..
I want to edit some information on the top part of the Design # 1051, but this template doesn't have That Block, it has only First Container, Bottom part, SLIDE and PROMO only, what I want is how I can edit information on top like date and other things. how can I find these?
