joh, no it's not on hold, we're constantly upgrading and fixing the system. Soon enough there would be an update on our official blog page at http://blog.ucoz.com/. It's true that there weren't much of updates lately, but uCoz isn't on hold in any way.

joh, while there is a significant decrease in system updates, never worry about uCoz - it is still a platform that is being developed and that will likely not change anytime soon.
