I have a serious problem ... I can enter my site, I can enter and all that webtop
But when I give control panel I get this:

Referred transmission should allow in the firewall or browser

This isn't uCoz's fault. It clearly states you must change firewall's/browser's settings.

And how is this related to "Forum" module?!

This is uCoz support forum and we provide support with uCoz system.
Option probably is somewhere in the settings. Check settings yourself.
