if its possible to hide the page name

ok so my site is http://kidtech.ucoz.com/
and am wondering if its possible to hide the page name like on my site it says home page in bold on top of my post

and also if its not too much trouble happy am trying to get my right side tables to be black because when i add a background they become see threw

CP -> Customize Design -> Site Pages. Remove:

<?if($MODULE_NAME$)?><h1>$MODULE_NAME$</h1><?endif?>

You have custom template. We can't help you.
