You can't add other forum but uCoz's.

itwp, you can create a forum using another forum engine and then provide the link to this forum on site menu. But user databases will be different.

Having a skin that looks like a vbulletin forum and actually having one installed are two totally different things.

yes,then i can use Same ucoz hosting for Vbulletin forums or not?if so the how?

Danishzaidi, no, your forum won't be hosted at uCoz. You can create a forum using any other service and then just provide a link to it on your uCoz website.
