I have a website for my boy scout troop, and i am also in a National Jamboree troop which i want to make a site for, but i want it so that no matter what site you go it the same screen pops up and asks you what site you want to go to. Is that possible??

Each website could have this pop-up but you would have to add it manually.

As I said, it's manually. Try to search for instruction via search engines.
