Can uCoz add fantasy money feature?

i just wanted to know if the uCoz department could add fantasy money feature.
i am not sure if it is available here. if it is available, pls help me on how to apply it on my site... ask u may see, i am new to the community....

Fantasy Money

FM (Fantasy Money) (or) FD (Fantasy Dollars) can be used to give to the users or let them earn them...

like say u have a poll,

example:-
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Will Manchester United win the EPL (English Premier League)?
[Poll fee:- 50]

a) Yes
b) No

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

so... 10 people voted in this poll and 5 said "Yes". the other 5 said no.

and Manchester United won the EPL. the 5 members who said yes should get the money divided among them (the ones that guessed correctly)

10 x 50 = 500

and

500 / 5 = 100

the 5 who said yes will get 100 FM.
