Problem with my site

My site is www.dagonuniversity.com . This is a university site but it is not a official website of university.My university have about 60000 student(largest university in Myanmar)In my site, member from my university can discuss forum and blog.

My problem
My site have 5 member in 5 days ago.Nobody give comment in blogs.Nobody give reply in forum.I want more member who give comment.How to solve this problem.
My site is with own domain but I submit my site to Google.Until 5 days ago,I can't see my site in Google.

ဟိန္းေဇာ္ထက္, This isn't uCoz related just try to add your website in other places then only google and advetrise your website .

ဟိန္းေဇာ္ထက္, well, you can't expect 1000 members in 5days time. It takes time to get members. Be patient and try to improve your site with interesting stuffs.

OK . I advertise my site in gmail and other site. Can you tell me more ways to advertise.
