For title, modify: " .eTitle " inside CSS.

I am tired of you messing from one thing to another. If you will continue
like this I wont help you. This isn't related to settings, this is coding and
we do not teach coding.

Threads are not in orange therefore I have no idea of what are you talking.
If you want to replace orange colour from everywhere then go to CSS and
replace - #D57500.

Around thread isn't orange background. Can you talk properly?

Then: CP -> Customize Design -> CSS -> .gTableTop

Modify: background: url('/.s/t/231/32.gif');

I need help changing my background for all my pages, i what the global blocks to fit and with the background. The photo is big but i can always fix it and photo shop to fit the website page.

Hmm, by changing background to one solid image, you will lose the pipe looking
decoration at sides and also middle line containing black orange and grey colours.

Nate, we do not provide help with custom codes taken from third-party websites. All I can say is that it might conflict with uCoz JavaScript codes.
