I would like to remove the man right next to the site logo.

I have no knowledge of coding so please help me with this.

It's not possible to remove only the man.
You would need to remove whole square.

So, if I remove whole square, is it possible to replace it with another image?

CP -> Customize Design -> Top part of the website.

Find: <img src="/.s/t/981/1.jpg" border="0">
-- Remove it --

Find: <img src="/.s/t/981/4.jpg" border="0">
-- Remove it --

Find: /.s/t/981/2.jpg (F3 for search)
Replace it with your own banner url.
