I'm not sure if I understand you fully. Single row-space is possible without
any tags. If you meant to change default row-space size then it is possible
by means of CSS.

If you made modifications to the template it's possible you've
set something to block uCoz default row spacing. Best way to
fix it is to modify current CSS. Me explaining CSS is not good.

I can help you out - provide CSS. Here or PM, doesn't matter.

I can't tell you the CSS. It wont fix the problem, it'll only increase
spacing but wont create one empty row. What's your design nr. ?
Problem isn't in forum template, it's in CSS, default designs don't
face row spacing problem. It's your template blocking.

And file uploading works just fine. See below.

It is your template somewhere. Codes can conflict making
default ones not work properly. uCoz default template has
row spacing: http://sf-test.ucoz.com/forum/2-3-1

Your template looks great but what gives me doubts is way you code it.
You should code by uCoz method if you want all features to work good.

what you mean with coding by uCoz method?
i use tables and css, doing everything from scratch.

you mean create the Design by skeletons rules, on Template Builder ?
the problem of my designs is this? not using the skeletons?

I mean you should replace elements instead of adding a completely new code.
If you made template yourself then you should know where is the problem.
