What does this mean:

But why is it doing it? Is it something in my website or is it in the ucoz server? I need to know because my site is busy, and it has been doing it for a day now.

Instead of blaming uCoz, blame your lack of knowledge. Problem
is in your custom login form. Original login page works just fine. And your login form is covering uCoz copyrights - is not allowed. http://www.armycommand.tk/index/1-1 - Original login page. [... With uCoz since December 2 2007 ...]
